This record shall serve as a basis for determining any subsequent damage due to the Design- <br /> Builder's operations, including but not limited to settlement or movement of structures in the event <br /> of errors or omissions in Design-Builder's structural design. <br /> 5.11.2 East Clearwell Existing Floor and Wall Protection <br /> The Design-Builder shall protect the existing floor and walls from potential damage from construction <br /> activities and falling demolition debris. <br /> If loads are to be placed within the clearwell,the Design-Builder shall first determine the maximum <br /> equipment loading the existing floor can accommodate without cracking or other structural damage. <br /> 5.11.3 Construction Photographs <br /> Design-Builder shall photograph the progress of construction (including demolition)starting one <br /> month after the date of the pre-construction photographs and continuing monthly as long as the <br /> work is in progress.A sufficient number of photographs shall be taken to thoroughly document <br /> construction progress and support Design-Builder's applications for payment.All photographs shall <br /> be taken by a photographer with relevant experience in documenting industrial and municipal <br /> facilities.All photographs shall be taken on minimum 8 megapixel minimum digital format. <br /> 5.11.4 Record Drawings <br /> Design-Builder shall provide the Owner with Record Drawings as follows: <br /> 1. Record drawings shall depict East Clearwell Roof System,Screen House Bridge, additional work <br /> if needed, and all Ancillary Facilities as well as termination points for all demolished facilities at <br /> the Sites. <br /> 2. Record Drawings shall comprise all discipline design drawings required to accomplish the work. <br /> 3. Record Drawings shall be in AutoCAD, PDF,and half-size (11" x 17") hard copy format.All <br /> electronic formats shall be provided in the latest release of the software available at the time of <br /> the submittal. <br /> Design-Builder shall record as-constructed information concurrently with construction progress. <br /> Owner's Representative will review record drawings as part of the monthly pay request review <br /> process.
