The total roof and driveway area tributary to the trench is 3,678 sf. <br /> Based on the requirements that for every 700 sf directed to the trench a trench length of <br /> 10-feet must be provided. Therefore the trench length of 53 feet is shown on the plans. <br /> The runoff from the driveway for lots 1 &2 will be dispersed using a transition zone along <br /> the downhill side of the driveways. A detail has been added to the plans. <br /> Finally, soil amendments will be used in all areas of grading or compacted soils created <br /> on-site during this project.
