<br /> The work within the stream channel will be done during the dry season when there is no flow. A
<br /> Hydraulics Permit from the State of Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife will be
<br /> required when working within the stream channel. The HPA permit will be pursued once City
<br /> approval of the restoration/enhancement plan is received.
