Signature of the bidder's officer empowered to sign official statements. The signature of I 27 the person authorized to submit the bid should agree with the signature on the bond, and 28 the title of the person must accompany the said signature; 29 6. The signature of the surety's officer empowered to sign the bond and the power of I 30 attorney. 31 32 If so stated in the Contract Provisions, bidder must use the bond form included in the 33 Contract Provisions. 34 35 If so stated in the Contract Provisions, cash will not be accepted for a bid deposit.
