The Contracting Agency will not <br /> I17 18 open or consider any "Supplemental Information" (UDBE confirmations, or GFE <br /> documentation) that is received after the time specified above, or received in a location <br /> 19 other than that specified in the Call for Bids. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 If an emergency or unanticipated event interrupts normal work processes of the Contracting <br /> 22 Agency so that Proposals cannot be received at the office designated for receipt of bids as <br /> 23 specified in Section 1-02.12 the time specified for receipt of the Proposal will be deemed to <br /> I 24 be extended to the same time of day specified in the solicitation on the first work day on <br /> 25 which the normal work processes of the Contracting Agency resume. <br /> 26 <br /> I 27 1-02.10.RTF <br /> 28 1-02.10 Withdrawing, Revising, or Supplementing Proposal <br /> 29 (July 23, 2015 APWA GSP) <br /> I 30 <br /> 31 Delete this section, and replace it with the following: <br /> 32 <br /> I 33 After submitting a physical Bid Proposal to the Contracting Agency, the Bidder may withdraw, <br /> 34 revise, or supplement it if: <br /> 35 <br /> 36 1. The Bidder submits a written request signed by an authorized person and physically <br /> I 37 delivers it to the place designated for receipt of Bid Proposals, and <br /> 38 2. The Contracting Agency receives the request before the time set for receipt of Bid <br /> 39 Proposals, and <br /> I <br /> 40 3. The revised or supplemented Bid Proposal (if any) is received by the Contracting <br /> 41 Agency before the time set for receipt of Bid Proposals. <br /> 42 <br /> I 43 If the Bidder's request to withdraw, revise, or supplement its Bid Proposal is received before <br /> 44 the time set for receipt of Bid Proposals, the Contracting Agency will return the unopened <br /> 45 Proposal package to the Bidder. The Bidder must then submit the revised or supplemented <br /> I 46 package in its entirety. If the Bidder does not submit a revised or supplemented package, <br /> 47 then its bid shall be considered withdrawn. <br /> 48 <br /> I <br /> 49 50 Late revised or supplemented Bid Proposals or late withdrawal requests will be date recorded <br /> by the Contracting Agency and returned unopened.
