If Davis Bacon wage rates apply to this Contract, all requirements must be met I 30 and recorded properly on certified payroll 31 32 1-08.1.GR1 I 33 Subcontracting 34 35 1-08.1.INST1.GR1 36 Section 1-08.1 is supplemented with the following: I 37 38 1-08.1.OPT1.GR1 39 (June 3, 2019) I 40 Prior to any subcontractor or lower tier subcontractor beginning work, the Contractor shall 41 submit to the Engineer a certification (WSDOT Form 420-004) that a written agreement 42 between the Contractor and the subcontractor or between the subcontractor and any lower I 43 tier subcontractor has been executed. This certification shall also guarantee that these 44 subcontract agreements include all the documents required by the Special Provision Federal 45 Agency Inspection. I 46 47 A Subcontractor or lower tier Subcontractor will not be permitted to perform any work under 48 the contract until the following documents have been completed and submitted to the I 49 50 Engineer: 51 1.
