I <br /> 1 The Contractor shall submit a completed Monthly Retainage Report (WSDOT Form 272-065) <br /> 2 within 15 calendar days after receipt of every monthly progress payment until every <br /> 3 Subcontractor and lower tier Subcontractor's retainage has been released. The Contractor shall commence construction activities on the project site <br /> 53 within ten days of the Notice to Proceed Date, unless otherwise approved in writing.
