The following events must occur before the Completion Date can be 10 established: 11 1. The physical work on the project must be complete; and ' 12 2. The Contractor must furnish all documentation required by the contract and required by 13 law, to allow the Contracting Agency to process final acceptance of the contract. The 14 following documents must be received by the Project Engineer prior to establishing a 15 completion date: 16 a. Certified Payrolls (per Section 1-07.9(5)). 17 b. Material Acceptance Certification Documents 18 c. Monthly Reports of Amounts Credited as DBE Participation, as required by the 19 Contract Provisions. 20 d. Final Contract Voucher Certification 21 e. Copies of the approved "Affidavit of Prevailing Wages Paid" for the Contractor and all 22 Subcontractors 23 f. A copy of the Notice of Termination sent to the Washington State Department of 24 Ecology (Ecology); the elapse of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the 25 Notice of Termination by Ecology; and no rejection of the Notice of Termination by 26 Ecology. This requirement will not apply if the Construction Stormwater General 27 Permit is transferred back to the Contracting Agency in accordance with Section 8- 28 01.3(16). 29 g.
