When one or more constituents fall outside the nonstatistical 23 tolerance limits in the Job Mix Formula shown in Table of Price Adjustment Factors, the lot 24 shall be evaluated in accordance with Section 1-06.2 to determine the appropriate CPF. The I 25 nonstatistical tolerance limits will be used in the calculation of the CPF and the maximum 26 CPF shall be 1.00. The NCMF 35 equals the algebraic difference of CPF minus 1.00 multiplied by 60 percent. The total job I 36 mix compliance price adjustment will be calculated as the product of the NCMF, the quantity 37 of HMA in the lot in tons, and the unit Contract price per ton of mix.
