Please see all redlines on the attached plans for required corrections in addition to all
comments listed below. Frequently, redlines will be stand-alone and will not have an
associated item in this corrections letter.Likewise, comments below may not have associated
redlines. Please indicate to the City that all redlines have been adequately addressed by
providing checkmarks or notes next to the City's redlines to indicate that it has been picked
up or to answer a reviewer's question. A comment response letter can also be included with
your resubmittal to address the comments below(handwritten remarks under each comment
on this letter are perfectly acceptable). The below listed sheets have redlines.
Vr i. Sheet C1.0
i. Sheet C2.0
s/iii. Sheet C3.0
V i'. Sheet C4.0
V`'. Sheet C5.0
2. A soils report from 2015 is provided in Section 7 of the SSP, but this soils report
does not provide the required information regarding infiltration feasibility
assessment. If poor infiltration is used as justification for LID BMP infeasibility,
an appropriate infiltration study will be required.
ii. The SSP provides limited documentation, but does not provide all the required
documentation as listed in the Stormwater Management Manual. As an example,
Section 5.0.A of the SSP provides a brief sentence on existing site hydrology, but
does not provide required documentation regarding delineation and acreage of
areas contributing runoff to the site, flow control facility location, outfall, overflow
route, and natural streams and drainage features. See Volume I, Section 3.1.5 of
the Manual for detailed requirements for each of the following elements:
• Totals of new hard surfaces, replaced hard surfaces, and converted pervious
surfaces
• Discussion of infiltration feasibility based on documentation provided in
the soils report(see above comment for Step 1)
• Maintenance instructions for On-site Stormwater Management BMPs need
to be provided.
• Update the vicinity map to show the route of stormwater off-site to the local
natural receiving water, significant geographic features and
sensitive/critical areas (streams, wetlands, lakes, steep slopes, etc.). If no
geographic features or sensitive/critical areas exist on-site or along the
identified route to the receiving water, that should be stated in the SSP.
(!age 2 of3 ,--<<
.....,........gip
