2.1.2 Element 2: Establish Construction Access <br /> List and describe BMPs: In order to protect the adjacent existing asphalt pavement from dirt <br /> and debris, the project will construct a construction entrance according to BMP C105. Due to <br /> the developed nature of the site, and because the facility is expected to remain operational <br /> during construction, an exact location has not been provided.
