A (8) Adopt Resolution authorizing the expenditure of 2015 Human Needs funds in the amount of $314,700.00. (9) Authorize the Settlement of the Farmers/Pemco litigation, with the form of settlement agreement as approved by the City Attorney, in an amount not to exceed $65,000.00. (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County for the 2015 HMA Overlay Project. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with The Washington State Department of Transportation for the 2015 HMA Overlay Project. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 4 to Professional Services Agreement with BHC Consultants, LLC, for the Riverfront Development, in the amount $275,376.00. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Redundant Distribution Capacity Agreement with the PUD No. 1 of Snohomish County for power service to the City's Lift Station No. 1.
