submit DMR forms to be received by Ecology within 15 days following the end of each <br /> month. <br /> If there was no discharge during a given monitoring period, all Permittees must submit a <br /> DMR as required with"no discharge"entered in place of the monitoring results. DMRs <br /> are required for the full duration of permit coverage (from issuance date to termination). <br /> For more information, contact Ecology staff using information provided at the following <br /> web site: www.ecy.wa.gov/programs/wq/permits/paris/contacts.html. <br /> C. Records Retention <br /> The Permittee must retain records of all monitoring information(site log book, sampling <br /> results, inspection reports/checklists,etc.), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, copy <br /> of the permit coverage letter(including Transfer of Coverage documentation),and any <br /> other documentation of compliance with permit requirements for the entire life of the <br /> construction project and for a minimum of three years following the termination of <br /> permit coverage. Such information must include all calibration and maintenance records, <br /> and records of all data used to complete the application for this permit. This period of <br /> retention must be extended during the course of any unresolved litigation regarding the <br /> discharge of pollutants by the Permittee or when requested by Ecology. <br /> D. Recording Results <br /> For each measurement or sample taken, the Permittee must record the following <br /> information: <br /> 1. Date,place, method, and time of sampling or measurement. <br /> 2. The first and last name of the individual who performed the sampling or <br /> measurement. <br /> 3. The date(s)the analyses were performed. <br /> 4. The first and last name of the individual who performed the analyses. <br /> 5. The analytical techniques or methods used. <br /> 6. The results of all analyses. <br /> E. Additional Monitoring by the Permittee <br /> If the Permittee monitors any pollutant more frequently than required by this permit <br /> using test procedures specified by Special Condition S4 of this permit,the results of this <br /> monitoring must be included in the calculation and reporting of the data submitted in the <br /> Permittee's DMR. <br /> F. Noncompliance Notification <br /> In the event the Permittee is unable to comply with any part of the terms and conditions <br /> of this permit, and the resulting noncompliance may cause a threat to human health or <br /> the environment(such as but not limited to spills of fuels or other materials, catastrophic <br /> pond or slope failure, and discharges that violate water quality standards), or exceed <br /> Construction Stormwater General Permit <br /> Page 21 <br />
