A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with <br /> City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, <br /> showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction <br /> erosion control, and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works <br /> Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br /> improvements shall be completed, approved and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is <br /> issued/final approval is granted. <br /> 2. Four (4) Parking spaces shall be provided on subject property. No parking areas shall be <br /> permitted in alley ROW. The parking at the south end is acceptable but the access to the <br /> south most space should be widened to 9' (nine feet)minimum. <br /> 3. Vehicle turnaround area required south of subject property parking area. <br /> 4. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 5. This project must comply with the current City of Everett Building Code and Sprinkler <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 6. Stormwater shall be managed in accordance with the applicable City of Everett Storm water <br /> Management Standards in effect at the time a complete building permit application is <br /> submitted to the City of Everett. <br /> 7. Alley shall be signed "NO PARKING" from 46th St. S.E. south to south end of subject <br /> property. <br /> 8. Approval of construction plans will require demonstration that all pertinent standards and <br /> regulations are met. <br /> 9. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. <br /> Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 10. Existing alley access shall be widened with gravel shoulders from 46th south. The southerly <br /> extension of the alley ROW shall be graveled with a minimum of 4" crushed surfacing base <br /> course(compacted depth)over gravel borrow or as approved by the City Engineer. <br /> 11. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of <br /> these plans. <br /> 12. The sewer main in the alley is approximately 10'(feet) deep. Provide standpipe for the side <br /> sewer connection using applicable detail from standard drawing#602 COE standards. <br /> REV 1I 16-020 <br />
