Landscape Plans shall be prepared by professionals licensed or certified in Washington State,such as <br /> licensed landscape architects,architects,engineers;or certified professional horticulturists, <br /> nurserypersons,or landscape designers. <br /> 15.Landscaping including wetland buffer enhancement/restoration must be inspected and approved <br /> by the Planning Department prior to final occupancy of the buildings. <br /> <S ":12-1 <br /> - c G1Cf E--)`-- Date: 3 -2-t - ZD 17 <br /> Allan Giffen,Director <br /> Construction pursuant to this shoreline permit and applicable construction permits isnot authorized <br /> until 21 days from the date of filing of the permit with.the Department of Ecology as defined in RCW <br /> 90.58.140(6)and WAC 173-27-130,or until all review proceedings initiated within twenty-one days <br /> from the date of such filing have been terminated;except as provided in RCW 90.58.140(5)(a)and <br /> (b). <br /> Construction must be commenced within two years of the effective date of a shoreline permit.The <br /> city may,at its discretion,extend the two-year time period for a reasonable time based on reasonable <br /> factors,if a request for extension has been filed before the expiration date and notice of the proposed <br /> extension is given to parties of record and to the Department of Ecology. <br /> If a project for which a shoreline permit has been granted under these procedures has not been <br /> completed within five years after the effective date of the permit,if a request for extension has been <br /> filed before the expiration date and notice of the proposed extension is given to parties of record and <br /> to the Department of Ecology,the permit shall,at the end of the five-year period,be reviewed and, <br /> upon a showing of good cause,the city shall do either of the following: <br /> Extend the permit for one year; or terminate the permit. <br /> INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br /> The following information is provided for the developer's benefit. These are not shoreline permit <br /> conditions but are associated with other laws or requirements. All requirements are preliminary in <br /> nature,and are based upon the preliminary site plan and the ordinances in effect at time of submittal <br /> for shoreline permit review.
