STORMWATER SITE PLAN May 10,2017
OAKES AVENUE APARTMENTS PAGE 14
13. CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE
Following is a conceptual construction schedule:
Summer 2017 Work Begins — Work limits identified and erosion controls installed.
Commence site demolition and perform grading operations. Install utility
services and stormdrain features. Place base course of rock for access
and paved areas. Begin building construction.
Fall 2017 Stabilize the site for winter. No site work is proposed for the winter
months, however, building construction will continue.
Spring 2018 Continue building construction and perform final paving. Landscaping will
follow building as early as practicable. Once the site is stabilized the
erosion controls shall be removed.
Wet season site construction is not proposed for the project though building construction might
span the wet season months.
10. FINANCIAL/OWNERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
The City bears no financial obligations for this project. Erosion Control Bonds will be provided
as required by the City of Everett.
11. ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS
No erosion control engineering calculations have been prepared. The building forms the largest
grading impact but will quickly be stabilized with foundations and slab work.
12. EROSION CONTROL SPECIALIST
With less than 1 acre of disturbance construction will not require a certified erosion control
specialist. Maintaining erosion control will be the responsibility of the contractor.
P:\Work(Sharefile)'\\Project 2016\16-20$Rainier Building Co\CES)OCS\Drain\2017 05 10'16-2(18 Oakes:Drain RPL.doe
