<br /> limited to, dewatering; excavation, removal, hauling, and disposal of excavated materials; I
<br /> furnishing, jointing, and installing valves and valve boxes with extensions if necessary;
<br /> installing temporary concrete thrust blocks; restraint systems; painting; flushing and
<br /> disinfecting; furnishing, installing, compacting, and testing, bedding and backfill materials;
<br /> constructing asphalt concrete pad around valve box if necessary;cleanup; and any additional I
<br /> work, materials, and equipment required to install the valves and assembly, except as
<br /> included in other unit price bids.

<br /> Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Each (EA)
<br /> The unit contract price for Butterfly Valves, -Inch shall constitute full compensation for
<br /> all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary and incidental to furnish and install
<br /> valves complete in place on the watermain, including but not limited to, dewatering,
<br /> excavation, removal, hauling, and disposal of excavated materials; furnishing, jointing, and
<br /> installing valves and valve boxes with extensions if necessary; installing temporary

<br /> in accordance with COE Standard Drawing No. 507, including Parts B, C, E, F, I, and J. Work
<br /> includes, yet not limited to, all costs for clearing and grubbing; excavation, removal, haul and
<br /> disposal of excavated materials; removal and disposal of existing hydrant,furnishing,jointing,
<br /> installing, testing, and disinfecting new fire hydrant; shoring; dewatering;furnishing, installing I
<br /> and compacting bedding and backfill materials; restraint systems and concrete blocking and
<br /> plastic film wrap required for the complete installation of the new hydrant as specified.
