Develop an overall schedule for development of the Project(through closeout of the selected <br /> PDB contractor's work)that reflects the selected procurement strategy for the Project. A <br /> draft of the schedule will be developed for discussion during the procurement strategy <br /> workshop following CPARB - PRC approval. <br /> 2. Prepare monthly Project status reports with submittal of progress payment invoices. Progress <br /> reports will identify budget status, progress status, activities of the previous month, <br /> upcoming activities, and areas of risk with the potential to adversely affect Project budget <br /> and/ or schedule. <br />
