1 approximate location. The Contractor shall maintain a record of all property that I <br /> 2 is claimed. The record shall include a description of the property, the date <br /> 3 claimed, and the name of the claimant. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 If personal property is not claimed within 70-days of removal from the <br /> 6 encampment, then the property shall become the property of the Contractor and I <br /> 7 shall be removed from the project. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Site Preservation <br /> 10 The Contractor shall preserve the site after initial cleanup of biological and 111 <br /> 11 physical hazards. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 On a daily basis and prior to performing any Work in areas where pedestrians I <br /> 14 or encampments may be present, the Contractor shall verify that the Work area <br /> 15 is cleared of all persons not associated with the project. Individuals may seek <br /> 16 shelter in dumpsters, equipment, under blankets, or other places hidden from I <br /> 17 view. Individuals may be disabled, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs <br /> 18 and it should not be assumed that loud construction noise will wake them. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 If the worksite becomes unsanitary or unsafe due to new encampments or new <br /> 21 biological and associated physical hazards after initial cleanup is completed, <br /> 22 then the Contractor shall perform additional site assessment, additional I <br /> 23 notification and additional cleanup. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 The Engineer may authorize additional site preservation measures. The nature , <br /> 26 and frequency of these measures will be as agreed to by the Engineer. <br /> 27 Additional site preservation measures may include the use of fencing, lighting, <br /> 28 or security, provided it is approved in advance by the Engineer. Work performed <br /> 29 without Engineer authorization will not be eligible for payment �. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Measurement <br /> 32 No trespassing signs will be measured per each. I <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Payment <br /> 35 Payment will be made for the following bid items when they are included in the I <br /> 36 proposal: <br /> 37 <br /> 38 "No Trespassing Sign", per each. <br /> 39 The unit contract price per each "No Trespassing Sign" shall be full payment for <br /> 40 all Work required to furnish, install, maintain and remove the signs. <br /> 41 1 <br /> 42 "Health and Safety Plan", lump sum. <br /> 43 The lump sum unit contract price for "Health and Safety Plan" shall be full <br /> 44 payment for all Work associated with the preparation and implementation of the I <br /> 45 Health and Safety Plan including the initial and follow up assessment(s)for initial <br /> 46 site cleanup, worker training and personal protective equipment, and providing <br /> 47 required notifications. <br /> 48 <br /> 49 "FA-Site Cleanup of Bio.
