1 5. The CHSP shall identify measures for screening and managing workers or <br /> 2 visitors to areas identified in the CHSP. The plan shall include procedures <br /> 3 should a person exhibit symptoms of COVID-19. I <br /> 4 <br /> 5 6. The CHSP shall identify how the plan will be updated as new work activities <br /> 6 are added with each two week look-ahead schedule. The CHSP updates I <br /> 7 shall identify the number of workers, crews, work tasks, and the degree of <br /> 8 congestion or confinement workers will experience for the work activities in <br /> 9 the two week look-ahead schedule. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 7. The CHSP shall include how the Contractor will ensure everyone on the site <br /> 12 has been trained on the CHSP requirements. This includes subcontractors, <br /> 13 suppliers, and anyone on the project site. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 COVID-19 Health and Safety Plan (CHSP) Inspection <br /> 16 The Contractor shall grant full and unrestricted access to the Engineer for CHSP <br /> 17 Inspections. The Engineer (or designee) will conduct periodic compliance <br /> 18 inspections on the project site, staging areas, or yards to verify that any ongoing work <br /> 19 activity is following the CHSP plan. If the Engineer becomes aware of a I <br /> 20 noncompliance incident either through a site inspection or other means, the <br /> 21 Contractor will be notified immediately (within 1 hour). The Contractor shall <br /> 22 immediately remedy the noncompliance incident or suspend all or part of the I <br /> 23 associated work activity.
