He also recommended that the following six <br /> conditions be imposed in an effort to resolve some of the concerns <br /> n'n[.I,n. which have been raised; <br /> n ' 1) The "Program Self-Evaluation Tool for Programs Serving <br /> 1' Battered Women" which was developed by the Wisconsin <br /> Coalition Against Women Abuse (dated February 1905) is <br /> completed and returned to the Coordinator no later than <br /> October 30,1987; <br /> ; 2) Since the State D.S.H.S. will start requiring open board <br /> meetings of any non-profit agency it funds,Stop Abuse shall <br /> comply with that requirement in order to also receive funding <br /> from the City.
