BIOS RECEIVED Four bids were received for the Riverside Signal System Project as follows: Signal Electric $298,080 U.D.L.Inc. 316,065 Breaker Electric 359,650 Totem Electric 3,5,255 Engineers.Estimate 234,300 The new project total is $300,000; two additional FAUS Funds ($30,465) AND 1/2 cent Gas Tax Funds($6,090)are required for the project. The recommendation is to award the bid to Signal Electric of Kent,the low bidder for the project. BID AWARD ftved by Councilmember Morrow, seconded by Councilmember Overstreet that the contract for the Riverside Simnel System be awarded to the low bidder, Signal Electric of Kent, Washington based upon their proposal end unit lid of unit prices extended for the estimated total of$298,880 as received at the bid opening on June 30, 1900 and authorize the Mayor to sign Supplement 62 with the Washington Stet:Department of Transportation for additional FAUS funds. • Roll was celled with ell councilmembers voting yes except Ceuncilmember Stephenson who was excused.
