<br /> Non-Significance,SEPA No.61-88,for a One Hundred and Eighty-eight
<br /> (188) unit apartment complex known as Bay Ridge Development on June
<br /> 87, 1988. An appeal was filed by Tom Lux on July 11, 1988' and a
<br /> public hearing was held before the City Council on August 17, 1988. .
<br /> A public meeting was held before Council concerning the same matter
<br /> on September 21,1988. ,
<br /> Conclusion. In accordance with Section V11C of ,
<br /> ordinance No. 1348-8/the City Council has jurisdiction to hear the . I
<br /> appeal of Determination of Non-Significance No.61-88. An appeal bY I
<br /> an aggrieved party was timely filed and a hearing and a public
<br /> meeting were held before the City Council in a timely manner. 2,I.
