David Enger of Transportation Planning <br /> rET,Tr—leering prepared an additional report addressing <br /> traffic issues which was submitted to Council. <br /> 3. The Evergreen Inventory-Landscaping Plan. Applicant <br /> inventoried the Evergreen trees on the site and <br /> indicated to Council which trees could be saved. <br /> 4. Drainage Plan. Applicant submitted revised drainage <br /> gntigtrta4tessed the concerns of the City's Public <br /> 5. Tot Lat. The tot lot was relocated to a more ' <br /> centralized location. <br /> 6. St. Peter's House. The Historical Commission had met <br /> and considered the issue of the St. Peter's house and , <br /> ale'C that to ranear <br /> yhave <br /> f iacar a d'a'isstead"taahe significance. <br /> The <br /> that it could not recognize Se. Peter's house for <br /> uncil <br /> historical significance due to the fact that it was not <br /> properly listed on the City's Historical Register at <br /> the time this Applicant submitted its SOPA application <br /> to the City. <br /> 7. Lake Fill. City staff provided information concerning <br /> the required fill for Silver Lake which indicated that <br /> the requirements for fill had been agreed upon by the <br /> City staff. <br /> 8. t4onroe School. A letter was provided by the Everett <br /> School District which indicated that the children may <br /> be bused to Monroe School, The Applicant indicate,' <br /> that it would not be possible to obtain an easement <br /> across the adjoining property to gain access to 23rd . <br /> Drive S.E. But 24th Drive S.E. is possible and staff <br /> will work with adjacent developer and DOE to accomplish <br /> this. The Applicant indicated that it would be willing <br /> to pay Five Thousand Dollars(05,000)towards access if <br /> the City would acquire an access easement either by <br /> purchase or condemnation. <br /> 9. Impervious Surface. While the <br /> information available to the Responsible Official and the City on <br /> wetlands, drainage, tree inventory and Monroe School access is . <br /> reasonably sufficient to evaluate all environmental impacts, Council <br /> directed that Staff further refine the language to address their <br /> specific concerns.
