Timmerman Co., <br /> Bothell, the sole responsive bidder ata cost of $234,833.55 (1 <br /> plus Washington State Sales tax. t/ <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING-ANNEXATION PAINE FIELD <br /> Paul Roberts, Planning, said that the memorandum is an <br /> outgrowth of discussion between the City Council <br /> representatives Diamond and Gipson and County councilmembers. <br /> He drew Council's attention,to the following proposed change: <br /> Page 2, t8, omit "the proposed an exation including Paine <br /> Field"and replace with"any,proposedannexation which includes <br /> Paine Field." <br /> Attorney Bruce Jones asked for a definition of "develop" an <br /> interlocal agreement.
