On May 18, an outside contractor <br /> removed the underground storage tank system. The contaminated <br /> soil is being transported to an abandoned Paine Field airstrip <br /> for aeration and tilling. <br /> Councilman Moser asked if all the contaminated ground had been <br /> excavated. aile Worlovski explained Chet the immediate problem <br /> has been taken care of.
