President Borrow suggested that a date certain for <br /> action on this issue would be December 23rd. Councilman Pope <br /> agreed. <br /> BID REPORT-SR2/MAPLE STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> A public bid opening was held on November 21, 1991 in the City <br /> Clerk's Office for the constroctron of the SR2/Maple Street <br /> Improvements. The following bids were received: • <br /> Wilder Construction,Everett $ 992,355.50 <br /> Signal Electric,Kent 1,038,405.00 <br /> ledccr Industries,Woodinville 1,056,226.50 <br /> West Coast Construction,Woodinville 1,108,077.55 <br /> 'Totem Electric,Tacoma 1,112,750.50 <br /> Scoccolo Construction,Seattle 1,113,523.75 <br /> Staff recommends awarding the bid to the lowest and neat <br /> responsive bidder,Wilder Construction. <br /> BID AWAbyRD <br /> Moved Councilman Moser, seconded by President Morrow to <br /> award the contract for 5192/Maple Street Improvements to the <br /> lowest and most responsive bidder, Wilder Construction, based <br /> upon their proposal and unit bid of unit prices extended for <br /> the estimated total of $999,355.50 as received at the bid <br /> opening held at 2,00 p.m.,November 21,1991. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting Yes excePt <br /> Councilmen Anderson,Gipson and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> • Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION-SEPTA.DUMPING RATES <br /> () <br /> ItItutToo=1::g tTlb,cresacseene:tbsgetZtrIne=r"adapt <br /> Clair Olivers, Utilites, explairmd the septage rates and state, <br /> they were strictly based an treatment costs.
