96 <br /> march 18,1992 <br /> Councilmembers were also concerned as to who would be <br /> responsible <br /> ViV54%g thus <br /> =:=In2; <br /> Jones,will.report back to Council next week on this. <br /> BUDGET AMENDMENT-MUNICIPAL COURT PERSONNEL <br /> Moved by Councilman Pope, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> approve a budget amendment in the amount of$20,000 to be used <br /> to hire temporary personnel for Municipal Court. <br /> Councilman Diamond reported that this was approved by the <br /> Budget Committee. <br /> The Court is currently working with limited manpower. Three <br /> full-time clerk positions are vacant because of maternity <br /> leave,termination,and an extended illness. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except President <br /> Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> CINDEMNIFICATION-SILVER LAKE TRIATHLON <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign an indeenification form to acquire <br /> the necessary County permit to allow Everett Parks and <br /> Recreation Department to sponsor the Silver Lake Triathlon. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except President <br /> Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS-HIGH CAPACITY TRANSIT SPECIALIST <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser,Seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> approve advertising for Request for Qualifications for a Hig,, <br /> Capacity Transit Specialist(s)as part of the Boeing Mitigation <br /> Project. <br /> Councilman Diamond was concerned that because the budget amount <br /> was known it would influence the results of the bids. Cis <br /> LeRoy explained that this was just a request for qUalificetions. <br />
