98 <br /> March 18,1992 <br /> C) Steve McNeil, 1919 Monroe Avenue, told of the traffic in the <br /> alley caused by the several small businesses across che alley. <br /> He remarked.that there is presently a lack of uniformity for <br /> the area. <br /> • <br /> Moved by Councilman Campbell, seconded by Councilman Pope to <br /> grant a variance to provide for driveway access for 6809 <br /> Washington Avenue from Washington Avenue. <br /> Roll was called with Councilman Campbell voting yes and <br /> Councilmen.Anderson,Moser, Diamond, Pope and Overstreet voting <br />• nc,Councilman Gipson was excused. <br /> Motion defeated. <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet,seconded by Councilman Moser to <br /> deny the request for a driveway access from Washington Avenue <br /> for 6809 Washington Avenue. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Campbell who voted no and Councilman Gipson who was <br /> excused. <br /> C <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-104TH STREET SE SEWER LATE COMER AGREEMENT <br /> Moves by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Overstreet to <br /> accept 104th Street SE Sewer Late Comer Agreement and authorize <br /> the Mayor to sign the Contract for Reimbursement. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except President <br /> Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-SR 526 &1-5 RAMP PROJECT <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Campbell to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement between MOOT and the <br /> City of Everett for review and written approvals on the SR 526 <br /> e Pamp Project. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except President <br /> Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
