He <br /> requested the City,s help in arbitrating this end doesn't <br /> understand why Joint checks can't be issued. <br /> Bruce Jones reminded everyone that the City's contract w s with <br /> Cascade Commercial. <br /> Dave Hammer, United Electric Contractors, said the City had an <br /> obligation to terminate the job if the subcontractors weren't <br /> paid. <br /> President Gipson told the subcontractors thatontacts <br /> - regarding this matter should be through the City Attorney's <br /> Office. <br /> • • <br />
