Sleister t Sons Inc. of Mukilteo has <br /> reportetl an error in that they did not include the <br /> environmental impairment insurance coverage <br /> rage in their bid. The <br /> other bid, Coastal Tank Cleaningco. of Seattle, is <br /> non-responsive because they provided en insufficient 2 1/2%bid <br /> bond rather than the 5% bond required in the contract <br /> specifications.
