He pointed <br /> out that he had not participated in the previous hearing. He <br /> asked if there was any objection to his participation in this <br /> hearing. Daniel Warnock o <br /> a house located at 1930 Colby Avenue„which he ould like wns <br /> convert ton office for his insurance business. To do so <br /> would requirethat the property be rezoned to R-4-0 (Multiple <br /> Family High Density, Office Overlay) To rezone would require <br /> that.the Land Use Map of the Everett.General Plan be amended <br /> from "Multiple Family, 15 to 25 dwellings per Gross Acre' to <br /> "Professional Offices,Multiple Family."
