330 August 26,1992 B. The City of Everett Parks and Recreation Department will (7) act as liaison to all service clubs and agencies for purposes of this policy. .. C. The City of Everett Parks and Recreation Department will attend meetings, make recommendations, order, supervise installation, landscaping, design and construction and/ox any other duties deemed necessary by the City of Everett. D. The City.of Everett Parks and Recreation Department is authorized to promulgate rules for the implementation and administration of this policy. Section 3: SIGN SPECIFICATIONS A. All gateway service club signage will conform to the City of Everett.SignageOrdinance,Section 36 of the Everett Zoning Code. Signage permit requirements need to be complied with as well as applicable right-of-way use permits requirements. B. Construction of gateway service club signage will conform to all City regulations including,the City of Everett Parks and Recreation Department's Park Signage.Specifications. ^ C. All gateway ice club signage shall be of a standard size, color and style and comply with requirements established by the City of Everett Perks and Recreation. D. Gateway s rvice club signage shall include"Everett Service Clubs Welcome You," and a telephone number for "Information" and logos of clubs represented. Section 4: SIGN LOCATION A. All gateway service club signage shall be located as recommended In the City: of,..Everett Parks and .Recreation Department's Gateway Study. B.
