Any duty herein c ted is <br /> Intended to be a general duty running in favor of the general <br /> public. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION-HISTORICAL REGISTER <br /> Moved by Councilman Diamond, seconded by Councilman Overstreet <br /> to adopt.Resolution No. 3662 regarding public input on <br /> proposals to convert structures an the Historical Register to <br /> Bed 6 Breakfast establishments as follows: <br /> WHEREAS,allowing public input on proposals to convert historic <br /> structures into bed-and-breakfast establishments would'require <br /> a change to the existing city Zoning Code;and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City if Everett reviews <br /> proposals and makes recommendations regarding changes to the <br /> city Zoning Code;and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council believes it may be in the public <br /> interest to provide the opportunity for public input into the <br /> review of the conversion of historic structures to <br /> bed-and-breakfast establishments. <br />
