This <br /> resolution would grant public input when bed-and-breakfasts are <br /> proposed in a historic building located in a R-1 zone. He (� <br /> further advised ncilmembers that this would start the \J <br /> process to go.back t thePlanning Commissioand perhaps the <br /> Zoning Code would be revised. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br />• <br /> ANNEXATION PETITION <br /> Moved by Councilman Campbells seconded by Councilman Overstreet <br /> to accept the lox petition to annex the 132nd <br /> Street/Bothell-Everett Highway area between u Silver Lake and <br /> Mill Creek; instructing the applicant to collect the now <br /> petitionsignatures; requiring the simultaneous adoption of a <br /> comprehensive plan; requiring the assumption of all or <br /> parea <br /> portion of existing City indebtedness Scbthe being <br /> annexed;d; rinding that the annexation is needed to improve <br /> mue <br /> services rvices to the area; and instructing staff to work <br /> with Rill Creek, Snohomish County, annexation area <br /> r esidents <br /> anproperty owners on the annexation per the interim <br /> annexation policies. <br /> 0 <br />
