Febmary1,3000 <br /> AGREEMENT-FACILITIES WEST,INC. <br /> Moved by Coun01member Warnock, seconded by Cnuneilmember <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services agreement <br /> with Facilities Wart,Inc.for project management. <br /> The Facilities Department has a continuing need for project management help to <br /> u their backlog of projects. They have been uOlioiog the services of an <br /> individual supplied by Facilities Wen,Inc.and would like to comitme their <br /> services for an additional sir months. <br /> Roll was called with all couneilmembers voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AMENDMENT-WEYERHAEUSER COMPANY <br /> Moved by Coun0imember Warnock, seconded by Couocllmember <br /> Anderson to authorize the Mayor to sign a contract amendment with the <br /> Weyerhaeuser Company to allow Wer expiration time to be <br /> extended on the agreement to acquire water rights and water facwties. <br /> Due to delays by the Department of Ecology with respect to the <br /> procrssinglapprovat of the change of the water rights,the existing original <br /> agreement between the City and the Weyerhaeuser Company is tear expiration. <br /> This amendment avows for the exmnsioa of the expiration date of this <br /> agreement to allow additional time for DOE to take action. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmembers voting yes. <br /> Model carried. <br />
