January l0,2001 <br /> The City of Everett recognizes and honors the dedicated service and <br /> accomplishments of Representative Pat Scott on behalf of her City,her State and <br /> the many citizens she represented in the 38°District who benefited from her <br /> wise counsel. <br /> Mayor Hansen presented the signed resolution to Pat's family.Her son,Tim, <br /> thanked the Mayor and City Council for Neu support. <br /> Ralph Mackey announced that funeral services will be held tomorrow at 1:30 at <br /> the Fust Methodist Church for those who would like to attend. <br /> The councilmembers,CAA faogus an;Police Chief Scharf offered their <br /> sympathy and condolences. <br /> The minutes of the January 3,21001 City Council mating were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Hansen stated that he will be in Washington,DC tomorrow to attend a <br /> hoard meeting of the Jackson Foundation. <br /> PRESIDENT <br /> President Simpson reported that the Council office had received a call from <br /> Gayle Chum.She requested that the Council commend Larry Crawford,Bob <br /> handles and Dave Davis on her behalf for their immediate response on an issue <br /> involving the wetlands anti Burlington Northern Railroad on the Simpson <br /> Proper. <br /> 16 <br />
