June 27,2001 <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP TOE <br /> CITY OF EVEREST that the 2002-2007 annual update of the Six-Year <br /> Traosparra n Improvement Program,a copy of which is attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit A and incorporated herein as if fatly set forth,is adopted and the City <br /> Engineer it directed to file a copy of this program with the Washington State <br /> SecremryofTransportation pursuant to RCW 35.77.010. <br /> Roll was called with all cowcilmembers voting yes except Councilmember <br /> Anderson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLICNEARING-EVERETT TRANSIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> President Simpson opened a Public heeling regarding the proposed 2001-2007 <br /> Everett Transit Development Plan. <br /> President Simpson invited public comment <br /> Moved by Councilmember Gipson,seconded by Co...ember Campbell to <br /> close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmembers voting yea except Councilmember <br /> Anderson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 2001-2007 EVERETT TRANSIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> Moved by Councilmember Warnock, seconded by Councilmember <br /> Overstreet to meets(the 2001-2007 Everett Transit Development Plea. <br /> John Peterson,Transportation Services,stated that the State requires each public <br /> transit provider to prepare an annual Transit Development Plan(TDP).The TDP <br /> 247 <br />
