Wayne stated that it has <br /> increased approximately 5%a year. <br /> Allan 0i000 added that staff also recommends that the Council adopt the <br /> ordinance repealing the formation of LID 737 which would then make item k13 <br /> authorise the Mayor to sign the funding agreements with the Department <br /> of Transportation and Snohomish County;and hoard the bid for construction to <br /> KLE Construction. <br /> Coun00member Wamock suggested that maybe the WAC provision which <br /> requires the medians could be adjusted during the vert legislative sasioa. <br /> Couneimember Gipson suited that he could support the project at this time. <br /> Coonethaember Pope questioned whether there is a guarantee that the City will <br /> still have the finding for this project if it is postponed for a year or so.Allan <br /> stated that the Sloe 710 fuoding would probably still be available but he wasn't <br /> sure whether the funds from WSDOT or Snohomish County would be. <br /> President Simpson suited that it is the City Council's intent that ma hearing be <br /> fair in fact and fair in appearance. He questioned whether any of the <br /> uncilmembers is aware of any conflict of interest that they may have <br /> regarding Local Improvement District No.737 that would prevent them Rom <br /> making a fair and objective decision.There was no response. <br /> He questioned whether any member of the audience has any objection to the <br /> participation of any council member in this public hearing. There was no <br /> respome. <br /> Russell Miller,Sunwould Trucking,11715 Hwy 99 5,stated mat installing <br /> medians will make it very difficult for 70 trot delivery trucks m enter or exit his <br /> 502 <br />
