C <br /> November 15,2005 <br /> Development Council;and Dan Christopherson,Marysville,Northwest <br /> Building Trades;spoke in favor of the proposed amendments. <br /> Eugene Adams,4525 2400 Street SW,Mountlake Terrace;Ken Taylor, <br /> 1410 Grand;Barb Hardman,1232 Grand Avenue;Valerie Steel,2521 <br /> Grand;Robert Heavey,1126 Grand;Charlene Rawson.3011 Nassau <br /> Street;Thomas Mellado,1232 Grand;Bill Bellshaw,2111 Rucker;and <br /> Stephanie Phillips,1510 Grand;spoke in opposition to the proposed <br /> amendments. <br /> Brad Cattle,Anderson Hunter,and Jack McCullough,land use attorney, <br /> Maritime Trust,gave a rebuttal on behalf of the Port of Everett. They <br /> requested that the council adopt the proposed resolution tonight. <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Overstreet who was excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> RESOLUTION—NORTH MARINA REDEVELOPMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatloe to adopt Resolution No.5703 amending Rezone Resolution <br /> No.5382,and amending Exhibit C of Resolution No.5382,the <br /> development agreement for the Port of Everett North Marina <br /> Redevelopment Planned Development Overlay Rezone, and <br /> authorizing the Mayor to execute the amended development <br /> agreement. <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,SOCOnded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to amend the resolution to incorporate the four <br /> proposals suggested by the Port of Everett and recommended by <br /> City staff. <br /> 384 <br />
