June 28,2006 <br /> AGREEMENT—EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS EQUIPMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Ratios,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement between the <br /> City of Everett and the Snohomish County Department of Emergency <br /> Management to receive personal protective,chemical,biological and <br /> radiological detection equipment for fund year 2004 State Homeland <br /> Security Grant Program(SHSGP)Grant Contract#E05-071,CFDA <br /> #87.004.OJP. <br /> Roll was <br /> council called with all members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberStonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—RAIL LINE RELOCATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatloe to authorize the Mayor to sign the Snohomish Riverfront <br /> Redevelopment (Rail Lina Relocation) Agreement with the <br /> Washington State Department of Transportation. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION—2007 TO 2012 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROGRAM <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to adopt Resolution No.5785 adopting the 2007 to 2012 <br /> Transportation Improvement Program for the City of Everett. <br /> Brian Jones,Public Works,explained the differences in this plan from the <br /> previous year's plan.The projects added to the list this year are projects <br /> ( <br /> 186 <br />
