Elm Street is a narrow street so the <br /> recommendation is to find another way to serve View Ridge and not serve <br /> Elm Street.An offer was given from the Barton for property on Olympic <br /> beyond the playgeld for a bus turnaround.This option was investigated <br /> and the estimated cost of a bus turn around was approximately$150,000. <br /> $114,000 of that was for materials and labor and an estimated 30%for <br /> engineering and unknown contingencies.He thanked the Barton for the <br /> property offer.
