She <br /> expressed concem reganding the lack of low income housing for seniors. <br /> David Hudson,4710 Harbor Lane,owner,Creekside Mobile Home Park, <br /> stated that the rezone mals would be too high without a guarantee of a <br /> property value reduction. He suggested that the City lower water and <br /> sewer bills. <br /> Donald Anderson,6926 Grove Street,Marysville,owner,Everett Trailer <br /> Court,applauded the City for its concern for its citizens.He suggested <br /> that his 35 unit mobile home park be developed to provide 150-200 low <br /> Income apartments for seniors and that the current tenants be offered a <br /> preferred and subsidized move in. <br /> Bruce Brown,1427 100"Street SW,Space 120,Manager,Fairway <br /> Estates,spoke in favor of the proposed zoning code amendment.He said <br /> it would provide some stability for seniors. <br /> Ken Spencer,4907 118"Place SE,Bellevue,Executive Director, <br /> Manufactured Housing Communities of Washington,spoke in favor of the <br /> proposed amendment and applauded the City for making the zoning <br /> change voluntary. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Afibolter to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Hatice who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 233 <br />
