September 10,2008 <br /> cedifications,the Mayor's Vision Team direction of 2005,modest adverse <br /> impacts and benefits,the desirability for new businesses to locate in our <br /> region and the importance for Everett as the largest city in the county in a <br /> leadership rote to add its voice. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RECESS <br /> The council meeting recessed for a short break and reconvened.Council <br /> Members Hallos end Stonecipher were excused for the remainder of the <br /> meeting. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0808-42 <br /> Action regarding Council Bill No. 0808-42, a proposed ordinance <br /> approving the appropriations of the 2008 revised City of Everett budget, <br /> was postponed to September 17,2008. <br /> GRANT AGREEMENT—SENIOR CENTER EXPANSION <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign the grant contract and <br /> necessary documents with the Department of Community,Trade and <br /> Economic Development to accept the grant award for the Everett <br /> Senior Center Expansion project In the amount of 9395,000.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> 306 <br />
