June 24,2009 <br /> RESOLUTION-PAYROLL <br /> To adopt Resolution No.6159 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of$3,543,374.60 for the period ending June 6,2009. <br /> RESOLUTION—ELECTRONIC TRANSFERS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.6160 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett in <br /> the amount of$3,935,773.11 for the period of May 1,2009 through <br /> May 30,2009. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Afiholter who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—PORTAL 4&6 AREA IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.4 to the <br /> professional services agreement with Murray Smith&Associates, <br /> Inc.for construction support services for the Portal 4&6 Area <br /> Improvements Project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Aftholter who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 2009 MARINE LAW ENFORCEMENT GRANT <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign Intergovernmental <br /> Agreement No.200946 between Washington State Parks and <br /> 183 <br />
