Deliverables <br /> • As-needed updates to Decision Log <br /> • Meeting summaries <br /> Assumptions <br /> • No travel is required for meetings <br /> • Staff attending the coordination meetings, other than the PM and the Principal, will charge time to the <br /> task(s) they are carrying out <br /> • Internal coordination meetings are estimated be up to one hour per week. <br /> 200 SMAP Receiving Water Conditions Assessment <br /> This task aligns with the first steps of the Receiving Water Conditions Assessment as defined in the 2019 SMAP <br /> Guidance. These first few steps look at existing conditions of receiving waters at a planning level. <br /> 210 Adopt Basin Delineation and Receiving Waters <br /> This task corresponds to Step 1 on page 3 of the 2019 SMAP Guidance. The purpose of this task is to define <br /> basin boundaries and calculate size and portion inside city limits. The delineations of the twenty basins identified <br /> in the 2017 SWCP, and the two additional basins identified by Everett and currently documented in the City's GIS, <br /> are considered authoritative for the purposes of this assessment and will be adopted as-is. Otak's Project Lead <br /> will confirm and memorialize the basin boundaries in a MS Teams meeting with the City's Project Manager, this <br /> will be the only charges to this task. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • Everett will provide GIS data of the delineated basins including areas outside City limits <br /> • The two additional basins form part of the SWCP volumes for two existing watershed plans—Port <br /> Gardner and Snohomish River <br /> Deliverables <br /> Otak <br /> • List of basins <br /> • Table of receiving waters with contributing watershed area within Everett and outside of Everett and a <br /> percentage of the total basin area within the City which will be added to task 300 Final Memorandum <br /> • Tables (3) of receiving waters with contributing watershed area within Everett and outside of Everett and <br /> a percentage of the total watershed area within the City which will be added to Chapter 2 of each <br /> watershed plan <br /> Everett <br /> • Map of receiving waters, and their basin boundaries, storm system, and outfalls for(either one map <br /> per watershed, or one city-wide map) <br /> • Replace basin figures throughout SWOP where applicable <br /> 220 Assessment of Receiving Water Conditions <br /> The purpose of this task is to document the desired water quality conditions in each basin based on regulatory <br /> objectives and to make a planning level assessment as to how well such goals have been attained. Updates will <br /> be made to each basin plan in Volumes 2-4 of the SWCP. An assessment methodology will consider the following <br /> factors: <br /> Receiving Waters Assessment and Update of Surface Water Comprehensive Plan 3 <br /> Scope of Work Otak <br />
