• Otak will participate in up to one two-hour long workshop with City staff to understand the projects to be <br /> developed as CIPs. <br /> • Otak will develop up to four CIP projects for issues identified by the City. These CIP projects are assumed <br /> to be similar in presentation and complexity as the CIP projects that are currently in the SWCP. An <br /> allowance of up to$5,000 is budgeted for each CIP. If more complex solutions are needed, then <br /> additional budget will need to be approved by Everett. City will add new information or new projects from references to basin plan <br /> text as desired. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • Otak will research and list up to six documents total (for all three watersheds) which have not been <br /> included in the original basin plans. The executive summaries for these documents will be read to <br /> determine whether they should be added as additional resources for the applicable basin plan.
