Failure to comply with this requirement may render the Bid non- <br /> responsive and may cause its rejection. <br /> This Addendum consists of 7 pages, including all revisions, and attachments. <br /> The Bid date, time and location for receipt of Bids are unchanged by this Addendum. <br /> THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Proposal, Page SP-16 and SP-17, Replace the previous Bid Schedule with the attached <br /> updated Bid Schedule. <br /> BID ITEM DESCRIPTIONS <br /> Bid item 17- PVC (formerly PE)Storm Drain Pipe, 24-Inch, page SP-8, Replace with the <br /> following: <br /> Bid Item 17-PE Storm Drain Pipe, 24-Inch (for Treatment site) <br /> Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Linear Foot <br /> The unit price per linear foot bid for the type and size of storm drain pipe shall be full <br /> compensation for all labor, material, incidentals, tools and equipment necessary to <br /> complete the work as defined in these Contract Documents. <br /> The unit price per linear foot of storm drain pipe shall be full compensation for <br /> furnishing, hauling, and assembling in place the completed installation, including all <br /> wyes, tees, caps, plugs, special fittings,joint materials and adjustment of inverts and <br /> connections to inlets,catch basins and manholes for the completion of the installation <br /> to the required lines and grades. <br /> The unit price of storm drain pipe shall also include, but not be limited to; all costs for <br /> trench excavation; hauling and disposing of surplus material;dewatering;storm water <br /> flow bypassing; furnishing, stockpiling, hauling placing and compacting of suitable <br /> native backfill; cleaning and flushing pipes and existing structures; testing and <br /> inspecting pipe; pipe separation pads; connecting pipe to existing structures; <br /> reconnecting existing storm drains; and replacing, protecting, and maintaining <br /> utilities. <br /> Addendum 2 Page 1 <br /> CITY OF EVERETT • 3200 Cedar Street • Everett, WA 98201 • (425)257-8800 • Fax(425)257-8882 <br />
