SPECIFICATIONS <br /> DIVISION 1 —GENERAL REQUIREMENTS- <br /> Section 1-02.4, Examination of Plans, Specifications, and Site Work, page SP-44, 1- <br /> 02.4(1) General, Bid prices shall reflect: First paragraph last sentence: Delete reference <br /> "...all necessary testing services."The City will furnish all testing services that are referenced in <br /> City standards, specifications and plans or otherwise needed to meet project requirements and <br /> address field conditions. <br /> Section 1-05.18(1) page SP-69, Contractor's Representative- <br /> Second paragraph references to 'full-time basis"for contractor's project manager and <br /> superintendent shall be revised to read"part-time basis". <br /> Section 1-08.4(3), page SP-99, Special Construction Constraints- <br /> Add the following constraint to the list: <br /> 8. The contractor shall plan, schedule and construct the new stormwater collection network <br /> beginning with the most downstream structures and pipe and then continue upstream. However, <br /> the contractor may construct new conveyance stormwater pipe elsewhere but but leaving the <br /> inlets connected to the sewer. If stormwater is introduced into the new system prior to the <br /> treatment units being functional, the contractor shall bypass stormwater flows to the existing <br /> sewer system adjacent to the treatment site and less than 100 feet away.
