SPECIFICATIONS DIVISION 1 —GENERAL REQUIREMENTS- Section 1-02.4, Examination of Plans, Specifications, and Site Work, page SP-44, 1- 02.4(1) General, Bid prices shall reflect: First paragraph last sentence: Delete reference "...all necessary testing services."The City will furnish all testing services that are referenced in City standards, specifications and plans or otherwise needed to meet project requirements and address field conditions. Section 1-05.18(1) page SP-69, Contractor's Representative- Second paragraph references to 'full-time basis"for contractor's project manager and superintendent shall be revised to read"part-time basis". Section 1-08.4(3), page SP-99, Special Construction Constraints- Add the following constraint to the list: 8. The contractor shall plan, schedule and construct the new stormwater collection network beginning with the most downstream structures and pipe and then continue upstream. However, the contractor may construct new conveyance stormwater pipe elsewhere but but leaving the inlets connected to the sewer. If stormwater is introduced into the new system prior to the treatment units being functional, the contractor shall bypass stormwater flows to the existing sewer system adjacent to the treatment site and less than 100 feet away.
