City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. All work performed by the geotechnical engineer or testing lab shall be reported <br /> directly to the City Public Works Inspector before covering work can be continued by the contractor. <br /> Daily reports shall be kept by the soils investigator/tester and submitted to the Public Works Inspector <br /> within 24 hours. <br /> 20. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. If reseeding is <br /> not practical due to weather or seasonal problems,the ground must be covered with mulch as directed by <br /> the City Engineer. <br /> 21.Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to <br /> commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br /> 22. The project will need to drain the detention vault by gravity rather than pump to discharge. <br /> 23. The sewer in the alley is in very bad condition. Rather than discharging to the existing pipes in the alley, <br /> extend from the project south about 150 feet south and discharge to the 12" sewer on the south side of <br /> 34th. Both sewer and storm drainage from the property would discharge to the new sewer extension. <br /> 24. Protect the 6"water main under the sidewalk during construction. Coordinate with the City of Everett <br /> water department during construction if the water main along Broadway it needs to be replaced or <br /> abandoned. <br /> 25. All site access driveways and parking areas shall comply fully with City of Everett standards.As <br /> currently shown the parking area with direct access from Broadway does not meet required throat depth, <br /> aisle width,and stall width dimensions.
